PP melt-blow filter element is made of  hot melting and tangling polypropylene ultrafine fiber ,not using any chemical adhesive.The fibers are randomly self-bonded,forming a three-dimensional micropore structure,and combine surface filtering, deep filtering and coarse filtering in one.Due to the direction of this fiber and its density in the filter element,there is higher filtering precision,large dust capacity and low required pressure difference. The outer sparse inner dense gradient pore size can effectively remove suspended solids, particles, rust and other impurities, with better filtering performance and longer serve life.
